Well....all of our testing will be taking place in these last few months of school. It is time for us to put all of our hard work to the test (literally!).
I will try to reduce the amount of homework during testing periods to ensure that every student will be getting enough rest to give them the opportunity to perform their very best!
In the next few months we will be reviewing Fractions, multiplication, division expressions and much more!
This week will be a short week due to Spring Break starting on FRIDAY and we will return to School on Tuesday of next week!
Today, we had our writing celebration for our Essay unit! The kids did a great job with their essays and most will be bringing them home to share with you tonight.
We also started thinking of ideas for our own classroom book. We will be working on making individual pages on "How to survive Miss Anderson's 4th grade class". I have a goal to complete a book each year as a way to remember each of my classes. This will be worked on independently during the kids Daily 5 time. You may also find them writing at home! Feel free to check it out! In the next couple weeks I will be sending home order forms so you have a chance to make a memory as well. Please do not feel obligated to buy a book!
If you have any questions please let me know!
Have a great week and Break!
